Refund Policy
Withdrawal, billing errors and access problems.
Before sales open
Checkout is not active and no payment is taken by selecting a plan. The following safeguards apply when contracting becomes available.
Withdrawal
Distance contracts generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to applicable law. For digital content without a physical medium, loss of that right after supply begins requires the applicable legal conditions: prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights and contract confirmation. It is not inferred from general terms, the age gate or marketing consent.
Separate immediate-access choice
I expressly request immediate access to the digital content before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that I lose my withdrawal right once supply begins, subject to applicable law.
Errors and non-conforming content
Report duplicate or unauthorized charges, unavailable purchased content or persistent access failures through Contact. Applicable correction, price-reduction and refund rights remain available. Never send passwords or full card details.
Recurring billing
Cancel before renewal to stop future recurring charges. Cancellation does not by itself refund an already paid term; statutory rights remain. Approved refunds use the original method unless a lawful alternative is agreed. Applicable deadlines and effects on access will be communicated.
